The 5AG-S is a double duty mode dish machine designed to multiply your dishwashing capability. It features a 20 1/2″ door opening, air-gap fill and dual screening. It has the capability to wash 74 racks per hour with two powerful 1 1/2 HP pumps. With greater door clearance this unit is able to wash taller wares to saving time and energy from manual washing.
